Delivery time
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the delivery of your goods.
Delivery charges
Most items are sent by first class postage and priced accordingly. Higher value items such as printers, cameras and digital photo frames will be sent by courier and again priced accordingly.

Back Issue CDs - £1.99
Software - £1.99 / £2.99 depending on size
Hardware, Gadgets and Accessories- £2.99 to £4.99
Missing item?
If you are concerned about the delivery of an item, please contact us only once 10 working days have passed, as we find 99% of missing orders are delayed within the postal system.

Refunds
Cancellation and refund policy
The Computeractive Direct cancellation and refund policy is set in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and other key regulations.
Hardware cancellation and refund policy (see below for Software and Games)
Here at Computeractive we understand from time to time there may be a reason why an item you have ordered is no longer wanted.
If this is the case, you may cancel your order and a refund will be issued. You must notify us by phone or email (see below for contact details) that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt and return the item as soon as possible.
Items must be returned at your cost and be in a saleable condition. They must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging with any accessories provided. Reasonable care must be taken of the goods.
A full refund, including the out-going delivery postage charges will be given. We do not charge customers re-stocking fees for returning unwanted goods within 14 days.
Software and Games cancellation and refund policy
Due to the nature of Software and Games, we are only able to offer a refund for these items if they are unused. The unique license must not have been activated.
You must notify us by phone or email (see below for contact details) within 14 days of receipt of the item to request a refund and then return it to us at the address below as soon as possible.
If software or games have been opened or used a refund cannot be given unless the disc is faulty or damaged.

Faulty/damaged goods
Faulty/damaged goods policy
Please let us know as soon as possible if your item is damaged or faulty; it must be return to us for examination and once the fault is confirmed we will either replace the item or offer you a refund.
If a refund is issued for a faulty product you will receive a full refund for the item, including our out-going delivery charges and the return delivery postal charges.
Please allow up to 30 days to enable sufficient time for faulty item to be checked and where appropriate the refund processed.

Duplicate or incorrect items
We will refund you for any incorrect item(s) sent to you as a result of our error. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
